1. How do I register my LifeShine guarantee?
All LifeShine guarantees are activated online on this portal. You’ll need the 16-digit guarantee number provided on the form that’s with your LifeShine Aftercare bag (or handed to you by your dealership), brief details about your car, and the dealership’s name and location.
2. When does my guarantee start?
Your lifetime of ownership guarantee starts on the day you activate your guarantee.
3. How long does my guarantee last?
Your comprehensive guarantee provides complete peace of mind for as long as you own the vehicle.
4. Can I update my guarantee information?
After activating your LifeShine guarantee, you can update your email address and home address yourself online. However, for any other information, contact our Customer Services team. Please have your guarantee number and your vehicle’s licence plate number handy.
5. Why should I register LifeShine?
We ask you to register your LifeShine purchase to validate the guarantee. We can only process a claim if the guarantee has been registered. Also, should you choose to receive communications from us, this allows us to send helpful tips and hints about getting the most from LifeShine.

7. I have a question relating to my LifeShine guarantee. Who do I contact - the dealership or Autoglym?
All LifeShine queries are handled by our Customer Services team and supported by a national team of Technical Service Specialists. You can contact us online, call us on 01462 677766 or email us at lifeshine@autoglym.com.
8. Do I need to have LifeShine reapplied?
Once LifeShine has been applied, there’s no need for reapplication. Just maintain your vehicle as recommended.
9. I’m selling my car – does the LifeShine guarantee transfer to the new owner?
The LifeShine guarantee is non-transferable. It's valid only for as long as you own the vehicle.
10. How do I make a claim?
We hope you’ll never have to make a claim, but in the unfortunate circumstances that you do, the details of your claim, along with relevant photographs and your 16-digit guarantee number, should be emailed to lifeshine@autoglym.com or sent by post to our head office address. 11. What happens with my guarantee if I have an accident?
In the event of road accident damage following the initial LifeShine application and to maintain the validity of the guarantee, the LifeShine protection must be applied to the repaired areas using a LifeShine Repair Kit. This kit can be ordered directly from Autoglym by your repair centre. Please note, there may be a charge made to you as the vehicle’s owner for this service. The repair centre will require your 16-digit guarantee number so that we can record details on your original LifeShine guarantee registration.
